Overview
R22 has been illegal to top up or recharge in the UK since 1 January 2015. Any surviving R22 system that develops a refrigerant fault cannot legally be re-gassed and must be replaced. We survey, decommission, recover the R22 to compliant standards and install a modern R32 or R454B replacement.
